Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with other divisions and departments to achieve the organization’s goals and objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Identify, recommend, and implement new processes, technologies, and systems to enhance efficiency and resource utilization.
  • Policy and Standards: Establish and communicate operations-related policies, practices, standards, and security measures to ensure effective execution.
  • Financial Oversight: Review and approve cost-control reports, cost estimates, and staffing requirements for projects, and administer the department’s budget.
  • Reporting: Present periodic performance reports and metrics to the CEO and leadership.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in operations management.
  • Training: Identify training needs and ensure the development of appropriate training programs.
  • Other Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned.
